Reports/Whistleblowing
In order to promote a culture of ethics and legality in the workplace, as well as creating a climate of transparency, Old England S.r.l. has set up a reporting channel (also anonymously) of any violations or alleged offenses committed by individuals belonging to the company organisation, so-called. "whistleblowing".
Old England S.r.l. ensures maximum protection, confidentiality and protection to the informant/reporter from retaliation, illicit influence, inconvenience and discrimination of any kind, for having duly reported a violation in compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree. 24/2023.
This reporting channel exclusively concerns violations provided for by the aforementioned regulations, listed below:
(a) Crimes and offenses relating, among other things, to the following conduct:
• Corruption;
• Money laundering, financial, tax and accounting crimes;
• Protection of privacy and protection of personal data;
• Safety and compliance of products and services;
• Security of networks and information systems;
• Environmental Protection;
• Corporate tax evasion;
• Fraud.
(b) Violation of applicable laws regarding moral or sexual harassment, discrimination and violence in the workplace;
(c) Failure to respect human rights;
(d) Violation of the principle of non-retaliation.
